De Novo Human Resources is both a Human Resources firm as well as a specialized labour law firm. This highly specialized hybrid skill set places us in the unique position of being able to understand our clients business imperatives, and ensuring that these deliverables are not sacrificed for the sake of legal compliance. We have a footprint in all sectors of industry. We have recently amalgamated with Naidoo Human Resources, a firm that has officially been in existence since 2013, but has been operational for over 20 years.
We are based in Kwa-Zulu Natal, however we have a national footprint with international clients. We are the leading authority for the development of HR Departments, Outsourced Human Resources, Development of HR Strategy and Labour Law interventions.
We have clients in Fibre, Road Freight and Logistics, Chemical Industry, Manufacturing, Call Centre, Retail, Motor Industry, and even Pharmacies, Medical Practitioners and Body Corporates.
The company is led by Vashnee Naidoo, who has in excess of 25 years of experience in both Human Resource Strategy and Labour Law.
She has a BA Degree in Law and Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources and a Masters Degree in Labour Law.
She qualified as a Commissioner at the CCMA and has over 10 years of experience practicing as a Commissioner. She specialises in Alternative Dispute Resolution and finds the most unique and cost effective solution to any problem.
She believes in continual improvement and this sets her apart from the average HR Consultant in the industry. She succeeds where everyone else has failed.
